Short answer

Landing page design services plan, write, design and build a page with one job: turning visitors from an ad, email or search into leads or customers. Convertica's version is the one page rebuild: your landing page is audited with eight checks, and Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found, on your site, whatever platform it runs on.

  • A landing page converts when it matches the click that brought the visitor and asks for one clear action.
  • Convertica's one page rebuild starts from a free audit of your live page, not from a blank brief.
  • Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found on that page, on your site, whatever platform it runs on.
  • Most take a couple of days, 7 days at most, from the day Convertica's team has access to your site.
  • The audit is free, the full report is $27, and the rebuild is priced in your audit report.

What are landing page design services?

Landing page design services plan, write, design and build a landing page: a page with one job, such as a purchase, a sign-up, a booking or an inquiry. Visitors usually arrive from an ad, an email, a social post or a search. A good landing page design service decides what the page must say to those visitors, then builds it so they act.

What do landing page design services usually include?

Most landing page design services cover six pieces of work. Providers differ in which they do themselves and which they leave to you.

What landing page design services usually include
Part of the workWhat it involves
ResearchWho the visitors are, where they come from, what they were promised in the ad or email, and what stops them now
CopyThe headline, the offer, the proof and the words on the button and the form
DesignLayout, visual hierarchy, images and the mobile version of each section
BuildCoding the page on your site or in a page builder, with forms connected to where leads should go
TrackingRecording the conversion, and the source of each visit, so the page can be judged by results
TestingComparing versions of the page in an A/B test once there is enough traffic

Convertica's landing page design service: the one page rebuild

The one page rebuild is Convertica's landing page design service for a page you already have. One page. Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found on it, on your site, whatever platform it runs on. Each change comes from an audit finding, so you can see why it was made.

It suits a page that carries most of a result: a paid ad landing page, a lead generation page, a product page or a sign-up page. When the result depends on a path across several pages, the full site rebuild audits every page on your site and builds every fix the audits found: see website redesign services. Both rebuilds, and the $27 full report, are described with the rest of Convertica's conversion rate optimization services, and the four steps are on the pricing page.

How it works

How Convertica's landing page design service works

Four steps, from a free audit of your landing page to every fix built on it. You decide after each step whether to go on.

  1. Step 1

    Audit your landing page

Enter the page's address. The free CRO audit runs eight checks on it while you watch. No call and no card.

  2. Step 2

    Read what it found

The free report gives your overall score, all eight check scores and three fixes you can make now. The full report, $27, lists every finding with how to implement each fix.

  3. Step 3

    Choose the one page rebuild

Its price is in your audit report. Buy it inside the audit app, through Stripe Checkout, and give Convertica's team access to your site.

  4. Step 4

Every fix built on your page

Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found, on your site. Most rebuilds take a couple of days, 7 days at most from the day we have access to your site.

What the audit checks on your landing page

The free CRO audit runs eight checks on your landing page, for people and for AI agents, and scores each out of 100. Those findings are the scope of the one page rebuild: Convertica's team builds what the audit found.

The eight checks in the free CRO audit
CheckWhat it looks at
First impressionsWhether a visitor can tell what you sell and what to do next without scrolling.
Calls to actionWhether the main button is visible, clear and consistent.
Forms & frictionFields, steps and anything between intent and completion.
Trust & credibilityReviews, guarantees, policies and contact details, and where they appear.
Mobile experienceLayout, text size and tap targets on a phone-sized screen.
Page performanceHow fast the page loads and settles.
AI visibility & agent readinessWhether AI agents and AI search can read what the page sells, the price and the policies: plain, quotable facts, a clearly named business and structured data.
SEO fundamentalsTitle, headings, description, indexing and whether your topic is clear to search engines.

The audit reads the page as a visitor and an AI agent would see it. It does not read your ads or your analytics, so whether the page matches each campaign, and how many visitors convert before and after, stay with you. The landing page analyzer runs the same audit under its own name.

I worked with Kurt, Ayumi and the team to update my website (which had generally low traffic) for better conversions. The process was incredible. They are professional, communicative, know what they're doing and most of all caring!

I've had follow up request on two occasions afterwards and the quality of response and service were just as good if not better than before. It's incredible! I want to work more with them because they're an asset to have on your side.

The website looks and feels a lot better through incremental changes. There's work to be done on my side to increase traffic but knowing the landing pages and product pages are better quality, I have more comfort focusing on driving more traffic.

I was very impressed by how specific and to the point Convertica was in their audit. They really don't beat around the bush and they provide you with clear objectives that will improve your conversion rates and provide you a return on your investment.

What makes a landing page design convert?

A landing page design converts when the visitor recognizes the promise that brought them, understands the offer in the first screen, trusts it, and finds one clear action that is easy to take on any device. Most landing pages that underperform break one of those rules, which is why a design service should start by finding which one.

  1. Match the click. The headline repeats what the ad, email or search result promised, in the visitor's words.
  2. Say what it is in the first screen. What is offered, for whom, and what happens next, without scrolling.
  3. Ask for one action. One goal and one main button. Extra links and menus give visitors other ways out.
  4. Put proof next to the ask. Reviews, client names, results with their source, and policies near the button or form.
  5. Keep the form short. Ask only for what you need now. Each extra field is a reason to stop.
  6. Design for the phone first. Readable text, buttons that are easy to tap, and a form that works with a phone keyboard.
  7. Load fast. Large images and scripts slow the first screen, which is the one that decides whether a visitor stays.
  8. Make it readable for AI agents. The offer, the price and the terms in plain text in the HTML, so AI search and assistants can quote them.

Each element is covered in detail in the anatomy of a high-converting landing page, and improving a page you already have, step by step, is the subject of the landing page optimization guide.

Types of landing pages a design service builds

Landing pages differ by the action they ask for, and each type needs a different design. A lead generation page lives or dies by its form; a sales page by its proof and its price; a click-through page by how well it hands the visitor on. Know which type you need before you brief anyone.

Landing page design services vs builders, freelancers and agencies

There are four common ways to get a landing page designed: build it yourself with a landing page builder, hire a freelance designer, hire a landing page agency, or start from an audit of the page you have. The right choice depends on who in your business can write, design, build and track a page.

The one page rebuild improves a page that is already live, because it starts from an audit of that page. Work that does not fit a rebuild, such as a new campaign page from a blank brief, is quoted one by one: ask for a bespoke proposal.

Should you redesign your landing page or build a new one?

Redesign the landing page you have when it already gets traffic and its offer is right, but too few visitors act: the fixes are usually in the message, the layout, the form or the proof. Build a new one when the offer, the audience or the campaign is new, because a page written for different visitors rarely fits.

  • Redesign when the page has visitors and a track record you can compare against, and the audit finds clear problems.
  • Build new when there is no page yet, when the offer has changed, or when one page is trying to serve several campaigns with different promises.
  • Make one per campaign when ads or emails promise different things: each page should repeat its own promise.

Whichever you choose, record the page's conversions before the change so you can compare the same number of weeks afterward. If the page has enough conversions, test the new version against the old one; the A/B test sample size calculator shows whether it does.

How to choose a landing page design service

To choose a landing page design service, ask how it decides what your page needs, who writes and builds it, where it will live, how it will be tracked and how it will judge the result. A portfolio shows what a provider's pages look like; it does not show whether they convert.

  1. What will you look at first? Your current page, your ads or emails, your analytics, or only a questionnaire.
  2. Who writes the copy? The headline and the offer matter more than the colors. Ask whether copy is included or expected from you.
  3. Where will the page live? On your own site, or in a builder you will pay for each month.
  4. How will conversions be tracked? Ask which event counts as a conversion and how it reaches your analytics.
  5. How will you judge the result? Leads, sales or sign-ups, not time on page or compliments.
  6. What does the price include, and how long will it take? Get both in writing before you start.

Red flags when hiring a landing page designer

  • A promised conversion rate or lift before anyone has seen your data.
  • A template with your logo on it, sold as custom design.
  • No question about where your visitors come from or what they were promised.
  • No plan for tracking, so the result cannot be measured.

How much do landing page design services cost?

Landing page design services are priced in several ways: per page, per project, by the hour, by the month, or as part of a builder subscription. Convertica's prices are fixed. The audit is free, the full report is $27, and the one page rebuild is priced in your audit report, before you pay.

When you compare prices, compare what is included: research, copy, design, the build, tracking, the mobile version and any testing. Also count what continues after launch, such as a builder subscription for the page to stay online.

Landing page design services FAQ

What are landing page design services?

Landing page design services plan, write, design and build a landing page: a page made for one action, such as a purchase, a sign-up or an inquiry, usually for visitors from an ad, an email or a search. Most providers also set up tracking, and some test versions of the page against each other.

What is included in Convertica's landing page design service?

Convertica's landing page design service is the One page rebuild. Your page is audited with the eight checks of the free CRO audit, and Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found on that page, on your site, whatever platform it runs on.

How much do landing page design services cost?

Convertica's One page rebuild has a fixed price, shown in your audit report after the free CRO audit. The audit is free and the full report is $27. Other landing page design services charge per page, per project, by the hour or by the month, so compare exactly what each price includes.

How long does landing page design take?

At Convertica, most rebuilds take a couple of days, 7 days at most from the day we have access to your site. With other providers it depends on what has to be made: new copy, new images, a new form and tracking take longer than fixing a page that already exists.

Can you redesign my existing landing page?

Yes. The One page rebuild starts from an audit of a page that is already live, and Convertica's team builds every fix the audit found on that page. Run the free CRO audit on the page first: the rebuild is bought inside the audit app, after the audit.

Do I need a landing page builder to work with Convertica?

No. Convertica's team builds the fixes on your site, whatever platform it runs on, so you keep the system you already use. A landing page builder is a tool for making pages yourself; a landing page design service makes the page, or fixes it, for you.

Should I hire a landing page designer or a landing page agency?

A freelance landing page designer suits a clear brief and a team that can build and track the page. A landing page agency suits a business that wants research, copy, design, build and testing handled together. Ask either one how it will decide what the page needs and how it will measure the result.

Will a new landing page design increase conversions?

It can, but nobody can honestly promise it before seeing your data. A design that fixes what stops visitors, such as a mismatched headline, a hidden button or a long form, gives the page a better chance. Compare conversions for the same weeks before and after the change, or run an A/B test.

How do I buy the one page rebuild?

Run the free CRO audit on the page you want rebuilt. The one page rebuild, the full site rebuild and the full report are bought inside the audit app after an audit, and payment goes through Stripe Checkout. There is no buy button on this site.

What if more than one page needs work?

Choose the Full site rebuild when the result depends on a path across several pages. Every page on your site is audited, and Convertica's team builds every fix the audits found. The free audit gives your overall score, all eight check scores and three fixes you can make now for one page.
